Normative
The Aquum Spa center is a rest and relaxation area where all people (clients and staff) must be respected. For this reason and in order to be able to use and enjoy these fantastic facilities we have included the following rules:
IT IS IMPORTANT...
• Entry is not allowed for children under 5 years of age.
• Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (maximum 3 minors per adult).
• The adults responsible for the children will take care of their safety and will prevent their behavior from disturbing other users, being responsible for their actions outside the premises intended for minors.
• Aquum Club area, access from 16 years old.
• Access to animals is prohibited.
ACCESS IS NOT ALLOWED WITH:
• Photo cameras.
• Floats, inflatables or objects that could be dangerous (sharp, glass, metal or any other that could fall or break and harm a third party).
• It is not allowed to enter with food or drinks.
• Access to people with any type of plaster, bandage, tape or band-aids will not be allowed.
• People with any type of wound or suture will not be allowed to enter.
• Out of respect for other users, abstain from people with contagious diseases such as flu, colds or any other.
• The use of a mobile phone is not allowed inside the enclosure.
ACCESS TO THE WATER AREA:
• Swimsuit:
- Men: boxer or slip.
- Women: Bikini or swimsuit.
• Swimming cap mandatory in Aquum SPA, caps, head scarves, shower caps, etc. are not allowed.
• Towels, bathrobes, slippers and personal belongings can only be left in the designated areas.
• Access to the water area with any type of bags, handbags, toiletry bags or accessories is not allowed.
INSIDE THE FACILITIES:
• It is mandatory to shower before and after using each installation, service, effect, etc.
• It is not allowed to carry out physical exercises outside of the programmed ones.
• It is not allowed to shave or perform any other personal hygiene outside the places set up for that purpose.
• It is not allowed to run or jump into the pool.
• Access the pools through the areas enabled for it and respecting the users.
• Please keep quiet, respect the rules and facilities of the center.
• Please follow the recommendations for each installation and service, if in doubt consult our staff.
• Please leave the water area thirty minutes before the facilities close.
• The company is not responsible for the loss or theft of the objects deposited in the lockers that, in no case, should be used for the deposit of jewelry, money and valuables.
• The company is not responsible for the consequences derived from misuse of the facilities (knocks, slips, etc.)
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
• Severe cardiac, peripheral vascular and respiratory pathology.
• Open wounds.
• Having some type of infection that can spread: flu, colds ...
• Severe liver disorders.
• Acute illnesses that occur with or without fever.
• States of severe weakness.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
• The installation should not be used without respecting the rest time after a meal.
• Not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy or if there is a history of premature delivery or other possible complications.
The entrance to the installation implies the acceptance of this contract.
The entrance to the facility implies compliance with these regulations, in case of omission or inappropriate use it will imply the immediate cancellation of the entrance to the facility and will exempt the company from any liability.
